Refund policy
1. Return Eligibility
- Returns must be requested within 10 days of delivery.
- Products should be unused and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
2. Return Process

- Once approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the product.
3. Refunds
- For COD orders, refunds will be issued as store credits redeemable for future purchases.
- For prepaid orders, refunds will be processed back to the original payment method. Refunds may take up to 5-7 business days to appear in your account.
4. Shipping Costs for Returns
- Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer, unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.
- Original shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable

Order Cancellation by Customer
Customers can only cancel an order before it has been shipped without any charges.
Once an order has been shipped, cancellations will not be accepted, and the sale will be considered final. After shipping, any issues will need to be addressed through the return process as per our Return & Refund Policy.

Order Cancellation by Naureen
Naureen reserves the right to cancel orders due to product unavailability, payment issues, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, you will be notified, and a full refund will be processed to the original payment method.

Refunds for Canceled Orders
For prepaid orders canceled before shipping, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, no payment will be collected as the order will be canceled prior to dispatch
